DETAILED ITINERARY
Day 01: Delhi- Manali
In the morning, you will take a flight or train to Delhi. When you arrive, you will meet our representative, who will greet you with a drink and have a short conversation. Then he will help you load the stuff into the cab and drive you to Manali. Along the way, you will go via Kullu and see places like Sundar Nagar Lake, Pandoh Dam, and Vaishno Devi temple. Finally, he will help you get to the hotel when you arrive in Manali. After you check in and get ready, you can have a delectable dinner and enjoy a relaxing overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 02: Manali City Tour- Solang Valley
The following morning, after breakfast, you will leave for the city tour of Manali. It includes Hadimba Devi temple, Vashisht Hot Springs, Tibetan Monastery and Club House. Then you will move to Solang Valley, where you will enjoy adventurous sports or sightseeing at Nehru Kund and Nag temple. By evening, you will have much time to stroll on Mall Road, Manali. Later, you will return to the hotel for a splendid dinner and sleep.
Day 03: Manali- Manikaran-Kasol
After a delicious breakfast to start the day, you will visit Manikaran. When you arrive, you will worship in a Gurdwara before moving on to see hot water springs. After having a fun time there, you will head over to Kasol. It is a small village in Parvati Valley, between Bhuntar and Manikaran. You can do plenty of activities here, like trekking, camping, river rafting and hiking. After an exciting and adventurous day, you will return to the hotel for dinner and sleep.
Day 04: Manali-Delhi
On the last day of the trip, you will pack your bags after having breakfast and check out from the hotel. Then one of our representatives will take a cab and drop you at Delhi Airport/ Railway Station. The tour is over now.

Payment Policy
1. 15 days or more from the date of departure: 50% of the tour cost is to be paid.
2. Between The date of travel and 14 days from the date of travel: 100% of the tour cost is to be paid.
3. Any flight bookings shall be paid 100% in advance.
4. Payments by credit card incur an extra handling fee (as charged by the payment gateways)-2.5% for Indian credit cards)
5. 4.5% for international credit cards over the invoiced amount.
Cancellation Policy
1. No cancellations will be taken over the call or WhatsApp message. Please reply to the email of the payment receipt that you received at the time of booking regarding the cancellation.
2. Cancellation before the 15 days or more from the travel date (Only 75 % of the received amount is refundable).
3. Cancellations policy differs for popular destinations and also during peak season, kindly confirm with your booking Manager once.
4. If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 14 Days to 8 Days of the Departure Date then only 50% of the received amount is refundable.
5. If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 4 Days to 7 Days of the Departure Date only 25% of the received amount is refundable.
6. If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 0 Days to 3 Days of the Departure Date there is no refundable.
7. You are not applicable for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you beforehand.
8. If a trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.). In that case, no refund would be provided.
9. There would be no refund provided in case there occur some problems due to government orders, harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides, or any other unforeseen circumstances. On the occasion of any such happenings, we have a backup plan ready most of the time and we’ll be moving on that.
10. There are times when we would have to cancel some activities mentioned in the itinerary but it’s only due to the reason that we would be bound by a circumstance that is not in our control.
11. Trippit Planners will not bear any extra expense due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc).
12. Vouchers are non-transferable and valid only for the services mentioned herein.
– Any services not specifically requested, confirmed, and noted on vouchers will not be rendered.
– All extras are to be paid directly to the hotels/service providers.
– Please stick to the itinerary, anything extra shall be chargeable (at the location itself.)
– Any service unused is non-refundable.
13. The company shall not be liable for damages/charges incurred by travelers if any of the following reasons apply:-
– Natural disaster, war, civil unrest, and alteration or
– Cancellation of tour itinerary due to such causes:-
– Accidents during transportation or accommodations,
– Damage by fire, Orders of either Indian governments or
– Immigration regulations, isolation resulting from
– Infectious diseases, and tour itinerary alteration or
– Cancellation owing to such causes & Accidents occurring
– During the traveler’s activities.
