DETAILED ITINERARY

Day 01: Delhi- Manali (Via Kullu)

To go to Delhi, you’ll take a flight or a train. When you arrive at the station or airport, you will meet one of our representatives who will welcome you with a drink and then have a short conversation. He will then assist you in loading your belongings into the cab and drive you to Manali. On the route, you will pass through locations like Sunder Nagar, Pandoh Dam, and Vaishno Devi Temple. When you eventually arrive in Manali, he will assist you in finding a hotel. After checking in and getting ready, you will have a delectable dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02: Manali City Tour- Solang Valley

After a hearty breakfast the following day, you will leave for the Manali city tour. It includes the Club House, Tibetan Monastery, Hadimba Devi Temple, and Vashisht Hot Springs. You will have free time to wander around Manali’s Mall Road in the evening. Later, you will return to the hotel for a sumptuous dinner and a good night’s sleep.

Day 03: Manikaran-Kasol

After an energetic breakfast to start the day, you will visit Manikaran. When you reach there, you will visit Gurdwara, offer prayers, and then move over to see hot water springs. After enjoying yourself there for a while, you will move towards Kasol. It is a small village in Parvati Valley, between Bhuntar and Manikaran, with some adventurous activities, including camping, river rafting and hiking. After a day of activities, you will return to the hotel to enjoy dinner and sleep.

Day 04: Manali-Delhi

After breakfast on the last day of your trip, pack your things and check out of the hotel. Then, one of our representatives will drive you by cab and drop you at the Delhi Airport or Railway Station. The tour is officially over!

Payment Policy


1. 15 days or more from the date of departure: 50% of the tour cost is to be paid.
2. Between The date of travel and 14 days from the date of travel: 100% of the tour cost is to be paid.
3. Any flight bookings shall be paid 100% in advance.
4. Payments by credit card incur an extra handling fee (as charged by the payment gateways)-2.5% for Indian credit cards)
5. 4.5% for international credit cards over the invoiced amount.

Cancellation Policy


Cancellation Policy
1. No cancellations will be taken over the call or WhatsApp message. Please reply to the email of the payment receipt that you received at the time of booking regarding the cancellation.
2. Cancellation before the 15 days or more from the travel date (Only 75 % of the received amount is refundable).
3. Cancellations policy differs for popular destinations and also during peak season, kindly confirm with your booking Manager once.
4. If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 14 Days to 8 Days of the Departure Date then only 50% of the received amount is refundable.
5. If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 4 Days to 7 Days of the Departure Date only 25% of the received amount is refundable.
6. If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 0 Days to 3 Days of the Departure Date there is no refundable.
7. You are not applicable for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you beforehand.
8. If a trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.). In that case, no refund would be provided.
9. There would be no refund provided in case there occur some problems due to government orders, harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides, or any other unforeseen circumstances. On the occasion of any such happenings, we have a backup plan ready most of the time and we’ll be moving on that.
10. There are times when we would have to cancel some activities mentioned in the itinerary but it’s only due to the reason that we would be bound by a circumstance that is not in our control.
11. Trippit Planners will not bear any extra expense due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc).
12. Vouchers are non-transferable and valid only for the services mentioned herein.
– Any services not specifically requested, confirmed, and noted on vouchers will not be rendered.
– All extras are to be paid directly to the hotels/service providers.
– Please stick to the itinerary, anything extra shall be chargeable (at the location itself.)
– Any service unused is non-refundable.
13. The company shall not be liable for damages/charges incurred by travelers if any of the following reasons apply:-
– Natural disaster, war, civil unrest, and alteration or
– Cancellation of tour itinerary due to such causes:-
– Accidents during transportation or accommodations,
– Damage by fire, Orders of either Indian governments or
– Immigration regulations, isolation resulting from
– Infectious diseases, and tour itinerary alteration or
– Cancellation owing to such causes & Accidents occurring
– During the traveler’s activities.
